This Notice of Employee SMS & MMS Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the employees of Fort Wayne Radiology Association, LLC and its subcontractors and business partners. The SMS/MMS communication channel is intended solely for internal use, such as sharing company updates, reminders, and other employment-related information. We do not use this channel to communicate with patients, clients, or other external parties. If you are not an employee of Fort Wayne Radiology and have received an SMS/MMS from us, please contact us immediately at info@fwradiology.com so we can address the issue.

Fort Wayne Radiology (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the employee’s (“you,” “your”) privacy and ensuring transparency about how we collect, use, and safeguard your information through SMS/MMS (Short Message Service) communications.
